These functions all provide a list of different page configurations.
Once one of these options are selected, the entire content of the active file will be organized accordingly.
Each page will be filled with the proper number of colors.
These functions are useful to re-organize a file as colors are added or randomly moved.
Sort all colors by code/name
All records in the file will be sorted by code/name. The sorting order is ascending. Records codes will result like: A234, B345, CC21, DD06 etc.
Sort all colors by code number
All records in the file will be sorted by the numeric content of the code. The sorting order is ascending. Records codes will result like: Z001, Q002, B003, C004, H005 etc.
Realign all colors by code/name
Starting from the first color in the file, each page will be filled with the selected number of colors. The original sorting order will be retained.
Realign from current position
Colors preceding the currently selected color are not affected by this page realignment.
Starting from the selected color in the file, that will became position #1 of the following page, each page will be filled with the selected number of colors.. The original sorting order will be retained.
